Hello Frank and welcome to PC Techs!

You guys seem really established (definitely not new to the biz). You have a lot of content on your website; what percentage of your clients find you online?

I noticed your LinkedIn URL; have you heard about Biznik? LinkedIn is more for corporate world executives and Biznik is for business owners.
They have free networking events (depending on how many NYers are part of Biznik, its huge here in Seattle), articles related to anything about business, etc.
Check it out if business networking is your thing.

    Hi, nice to be here.

We redid our website about 4 months ago. With the new site, we typically gain 2-3 solid business leads per month and about 10 new residential break/fix clients as well.

We just started working with a local PPC management company and are excited to see how AdWords does for us.

I never heard of Biznik, but will definitely check it out. We are involved with BNI (I go to one breakfast per week and two of my employees go to other meetings as well. It has done quite well for us. Thanks for the info!

Yesterday, I attended a BNI chapter for the first time and loved it. (Hated the morning traffic and the 1 hour drive)
I've always heard bad things said about BNI but I've never seen anyone else care about your business like such a group.
I got a real sense of community with this chapter... I hope I can find a good one (and one that doesn't already have a PC tech)
    in my area.
